ONDULINE CLASSIC INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Install the battens with a distance of 45 cm from axle to axle.

2. Install the Onduline roof, starting with the 1st sheet.  

     • Overlap sideways = 1 wave.
     • Overlap up = 20 cm.
     • Hanging distance from lisplank (overhang) = 7 cm
     • Number of screws per sheet = 14 pcs (formation 5 + 3 + 3 + 3).
     • Continue to install the next sheet, until 1 full row.

3. Install the Onduline roof in the 2nd row, starting with 1⁄2 of the roof, to form a zigzag pattern (4th sheet).

4. Continue with installing the next sheet, until row 2 is full.
    • For the 3rd line, repeat the same as the 1st line.
    • For the 4th line, repeat the same as the 2nd line, etc.
